The order for three new cars was very good but long wait for that and my fault that the order went through twice because I only wanted one set but I got two so I paid for way more than I wanted or needed and could not return one of them, so I am not to happy about this whole thing. Rob. W.

We’re a bit confused, as a prepaid return label was requested and provided on April 7th, but it has not yet been used. Please feel free to use that label at your convenience to return the extra set on or before May 2nd.

Also, we want to clarify that at no point did anyone from PicassoTiles state that the duplicate order could not be returned.
We're happy to help process the return once the item is received.

We have four grandsons that enjoy playing with the race car set for hours. We need two more cars so they can each be a color. Where can we order a green and yellow car, we have blue and red. Thx for your help.

Regarding your question, the green car is available as part of the PTE06 car set. Unfortunately, the yellow car is currently only available in the larger PTR set. We understand the importance of having a complete set for each of your grandsons and appreciate your patience. Hopefully, the yellow car will be available for individual purchase in the future.
