ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, and we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing and shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email. SHIPPING 

Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. We encourage you to double-check the details of your order before completing your purchase.

 

US Domestic Shipping Orders

We offer shipping to all shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States within 3-5 business days from order placement. Business day are Monday to Friday. 

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $69, a $9.99 shipping fee applies for UPS Ground shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Express 2-Day Business Shipping: If your order qualifies for 2-day business shipping, this option will be available to select at checkout. The cost for Express 2-Day Business Shipping will be calculated and displayed at that time, and is subject to an additional charge.

 

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout based on your selected shipping method.

To ensure your order can be tracked and arrives on time, please provide a valid email address during checkout.

 

Express: 2 Business Days Shipping

For faster delivery on domestic orders, we offer Express: 2 Business Days Shipping for eligible orders shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. This shipping method guarantees delivery within two (2) business days after the order has been processed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. official holidays.

Orders placed with Express: 2 Business Days Shipping are processed within 1 business day, depending on the time of order and our processing volume. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, and we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.

Once your order is placed, the selected shipping method cannot be changed. The cost of Express: 2 Business Days will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This fee is non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment.

Express 2-Day Shipping is unavailable for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces/Military addresses, or U.S. territories.

International Shipping Orders

Phone Number Required: For all international orders, we kindly request that you provide a valid phone number at checkout. This is essential to ensure smooth delivery and allow our shipping partners to contact you if needed. Please note that once your package is with the carrier, it is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

We do not offer free shipping to international orders. International shipping is offered at an additional rate. Please be sure to check shipping options before checkout. 

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for all international orders. International shipping fee is non-refundable. 

For countries outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico; shipping rates will be based on the order weight. Orders weighing more than 50 pounds will NOT be able to complete an order on picassotiles.com. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

HOLIDAY RETURNS NOTICE

Starting November 25, 2024, all orders will fall under our holiday return policy, providing an extended return window until January 31, 2025.

 

RETURNS

We at PicassoTiles are dedicated to delivering an enjoyable product. We are saddened to see you return your purchase, but we understand if you’re not completely satisfied. Each PicassoTiles product is covered by our 30-day return policy.

To return your product, please contact support@picassotiles.com to request a prepaid shipping label. Packages and products sent back to picassotiles.com without contacting us or using our specific prepaid shipping label will not be accepted.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all components and instructions, to be eligible for a return.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please provide a valid email address and order number when initiating the return process.

Please allow 10 business days (Monday-Friday) for returns. During peak seasons (Holiday Season), please allow additional time for returns to be processed. Thank you for your patience.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are returnable but unfortunately, we do not provide return labels and return fees. Customers have to cover return fees at their expense. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact support@picassotiles.com for further assistance.

 

FOR AUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY RETURNS

For any PicassoTiles products purchased through authorized third-party vendors, please follow their policy on returns and exchanges.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENT PARTS 

Unfortunately, picassotiles.com does not offer exchanges. However, you can request replacement parts separately, which are covered under our warranty. All PicassoTiles products come with a 120-day warranty starting from the date of delivery. Please note that inflatable products are covered by a 90-day warranty, while blowers have a 1-year warranty. Additionally, we offer lifetime warranties for active PicassoToys Elite Club members.

Keep in mind that purchases made from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty replacements.

For any missing, broken, or damaged parts that need replacing, please contact us at support@picassotiles.com  and include your proof of purchase. If you are an active member of the PicassoToys Elite Club, please reach out to members@picassotiles.com  to access your exclusive benefits.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

 If you see a different price on an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within seven days of your shipment date. We will only make one price adjustment per item. Our capacity to make a reasonable price adjustment is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

You are requesting a price adjustment for the exact item you purchased and the item is still in stock.

You are requesting a price adjustment to match a promotional event that is currently being promoted at the time of your price adjustment request. 

You are having difficulty inputting an active promotional code at checkout. 

The price decreases after an order is placed.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot make price adjustments if;

 The item being requested for a price adjustment is out of stock.

The item was purchased from a third-party vendor.

The item was already purchased during a promotional event or purchased with a coupon.

The promotional event or sale already expired. 

You received a non-transferable coupon from another person and used it towards a purchase.

 

All price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment.

About Your Order

Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes, including:

Adding items to your order.

Removing items from your order.

Changing the shipping address. 

Modifying your payment method.

Cancelling your order.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to delay or halt the shipping process.
