Payment FAQs

You can join on a monthly basis for $8.99 per month, or choose the annual membership for $89.99, which offers the advantage of receiving 2 months at no extra cost.

For monthly members, the $8.99 fee is automatically charged every 30 days from your enrollment date. Annual members will be billed $89.99 every 365 days from the same date.

To cancel your monthly membership, email support@picassotiles.com or log in to your account and then follow the cancellation procedure in your account settings.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the next billing cycle. No refunds are given for cancellations made during the current billing period.

After cancellation, you will retain all benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point access to all membership benefits will end.

If you cancel after the billing cycle has begun, your membership will renew for another 30 days. Termination will occur after this renewal period.

To cancel your annual membership, email support@picassotiles.com or log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps in your account settings.

Once canceled, you will immediately lose access to all membership benefits. You will receive a prorated refund based on the number of remaining days or months of your membership.

Excluive Promotional Deals FAQs

You can access exclusive promotional deals by logging into your membership account. As an Elite Club member, you’ll enjoy four special offers spread throughout the calendar year, plus get early access to other promotions, one week before they’re available to the public.

No, promotional discount codes cannot be combined or stacked with other offers unless explicitly stated. They apply only to eligible products and are valid for a single use.

Presales give members the opportunity to reserve new toy sets before their official release. When a presale is available, you'll be notified via email, in addition the details will be listed in your account upon login.

You can reserve products online during the presale period, and cancellations are permitted for a full refund if made before the deadline specified in the presales announcement email.

Free Monthly Pick-A-Part (PAP) Tile Pack FAQs

Our Pick-A-Part (PAP) tile packs are accessory toys that let you expand your magnetic tile set with additional pieces, enhancing your creative building possibilities.

Members receive a free monthly Pick-A-Part (PAP) Tile Pack set valued at $6.99 or less. This benefit is for personal use only and cannot be transferred or resold. Each PAP is picked at random, though members can request specific PAP pieces; while we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all requested items will be fulfilled.

Annual Members' Exclusive: Free Birthday Gifts FAQs

To qualify for free birthday gifts, you must be an active Annual PicassoToys Elite Club member. On your child’s birthday, you can select a free toy from a designated list of options.

Contact support@picassotiles.com within 30 days before or anytime after your child’s birthday to qualify for the free birthday gift. We will send you a list of available toys to choose from. Please be aware that once your annual membership is renewed, you cannot claim a gift retroactively if you missed your reminder emails. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

When you purchase your annual Elite Club membership, you will receive a welcome email containing a link to a birthday form. This birthday form allows you to provide information for each child.

Please note that if we discover any false information, whether through social media, friends, or other sources, we reserve the right to cancel your membership without notice, and no refunds will be given.

Yes, each annual Elite Club membership entitles up to 3 children to receive one free gift each.

If you have more than 3 children, additional annual memberships must be purchased for each set of up to 3 children.

Exclusive Lifetime Warranty FAQs

The Lifetime Warranty provides free replacements for covered products that experience malfunction, failure, or normal wear and tear, as long as you maintain an active PicassoToys Elite Club membership. This benefit applies to toys purchased while you are an active Elite Club member and is valid for purchases made on our website or through other retailers.

The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. It is non-transferable and applies only to the active member.

Free Shipping FAQ

As a PicassoToys Elite Club member, you qualify for free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. At checkout, enter your unique free shipping discount code, which you can find by logging into your account.

Exclusive STEM Vault Content FAQs

The STEM Vault offers sneak peeks of upcoming toys. You can access these by logging into your membership account.

Sneak peeks are exclusive opportunities for members to preview upcoming PicassoTiles toy releases before they become available to the public. While you get early access to see new toy launches, please note that confidentiality is required.

Monthly Video Contest: Win a Free Toy FAQs

Each month, members have the chance to win a free toy. To enter, simply post a video (at least 30 seconds long) on Facebook or Instagram showing how your kids enjoy PicassoTiles toys, and use the hashtag #PicassoToysEliteClub. One winner will be chosen each month; if the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
