PicassoTiles Wholesale Return Policy


At PicassoTiles, we strive to ensure our partners are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review our return policy.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS 
Returns or requests for credit must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

 

CONDITION OF GOODS 
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted unless a written approval of the PicassoTiles’ repsentative from whom you bought the products is provided.

 

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) 
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.


DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS 
Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt with your return.
Clearly state the reason for the return or request for credit.

SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


RESTOCKING FEES 
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items, except those returned due to our error.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 
Custom-made products, perishable goods, and items sold as final sale are not eligible for return.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS 
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Clear images showing the damage or defect must be provided.
We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or credit at no additional cost.


INSPECTION PERIOD 
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to inspect the goods for quality and conformity. Any issues must be reported within this period.


CREDITS AND REFUNDS 
Approved returns will result in a credit to your account, which can be used for future purchases. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only in exceptional cases.
