Return: Unopened Sets
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Your items must be in the condition received and unopened in the complete original box and/or packaging.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility.

If you purchased one of our products from an authorized reseller, please directly contact that reseller for assistance

Unauthorized resellers: Replacement

Free Shipping on orders within the contiguous U.S.
Orders ship via UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground.
Tracking information is emailed to the customer on the day of shipment.
Orders placed before 6:00 AM PST are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 AM PST will process and ship the following business day.
An order confirmation and a shipping notification with the tracking details are sent via email.
